Purpose of treatment
The data provided through website forms will be used to manage inquiries and requests for information, prepare technical proposals and budgets, manage contractual and commercial relationships, comply with legal obligations, and send requested downloadable documents.

The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and compliance with legal obligations, depending on the specific purpose of each processing activity (Art. 6 GDPR).

The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and as long as there are legal obligations arising from the relationship maintained.
